DH Pace Company, Inc. seeks a Manager Trainee for our Denver, CO office to oversee service and installation operations. This role focuses on scheduling, dispatching, and cost management while guiding project delivery and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, experience in personnel management, and a track record of process improvements. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, plus a valid driver’s license and ability to manage labor costs effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred, with at least two years in personnel management or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong communication with customers to consistently exceed satisfaction levels.
• Proficiency in technical applications and mechanical systems; valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the service and installation department.
• Develop, manage, and implement schedules to fulfill daily customer commitments.
• Assess workload and manpower to meet commitments cost‑effectively.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to customer satisfaction.
• Analyze monthly financial and operational reports with front-line managers to drive improvements.
• Enhance field team performance through regular reviews (daily, monthly, yearly).
• Assist in hiring, training, and development of new employees.
