i3logix, Inc. in Denver, CO is seeking a Medical Review Specialist to ensure accuracy and compliance in drug testing processes. You will handle client inquiries, assist donors with results, and maintain confidentiality while processing donor files.

The MRS will work with clients to provide updates, manage communications, and navigate our web solutions, with a strong emphasis on DOT/state regulations and exemplary customer service.

Qualifications

• Availability to work 9:30 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday
• Experience in drug testing or call center environments is highly preferred
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to navigate client inquiries and maintain confidentiality

Responsabilités

• Respond to client inquiries and assist donors with drug test results via phone or email
• Track samples, process donor files, and provide clients with status updates
• Place and track orders ensuring accuracy and timely processing
• Help clients access and navigate our web solution
• Stay informed of client changes, regulatory updates and SOP revisions
• Support training efforts and establish client-specific protocols
• Proactively contact clients to ensure program success and satisfaction
• Verify medication information including fill and administered dates
• Enter data and results accurately in the system
• Adhere to DOT and state regulatory guidelines
• Communicate turnaround problems to management related to testing and client requests
• Assist with special projects
• Maintain confidentiality of all i3screen and client information
• Manage incoming mail
• Demonstrate reliable attendance and reliability
