Job summary

i3logix, Inc. is seeking a Medical Review Specialist (MRS) for its Indianapolis office to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance in our drug testing processes.

You will handle client inquiries, assist donors with test results, and maintain confidentiality while processing donor files. A DOT/state regulatory understanding is essential, with prior drug testing or call center experience highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Availability to work 9:30 am - 6 pm, Monday - Friday.
• Google Workspace - Intermediate Skill.
• Microsoft Office 365 (Excel & Word) - Intermediate Skill.
• Excellent communication skills with staff and customers.
• Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks.
• Problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Approachability and availability for team collaboration.
• Strong listening skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with reading, writing, and speaking English to perform essential functions.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries and assist donors with drug test results via phone or email.
• Track samples, process donor files, and provide clients with status updates.
• Place and track orders while ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Assist clients with accessing and navigating our web solution.
• Stay informed of client changes, regulatory updates, and SOP revisions.
• Support training efforts and establish client-specific protocols.
• Proactively contact clients to ensure program success and satisfaction.
• Verify medication information, including fill and administered dates.
• Enter data and results, maintaining accuracy.
• Understand and adhere to DOT and state regulatory guidelines.
