Stonebridge at The Slate Denver, Tapestry Collection by Hilton seeks a seasoned General Manager to oversee hotel operations, including sales, marketing, and financial performance. You will ensure departments meet company standards, manage assets, budgeting, and staff development while driving revenue and guest satisfaction.

This exempt, full-time role reports to the Regional Director of Operations and supervises property leaders and team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management, Business, or related field.
• 3-5 years as General Manager or 5 years as Assistant GM in a first-class hotel operation.
• Strong knowledge of revenue management, financial analysis and budgeting.
• Proficiency with property management systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise overall hotel operations, including sales, marketing, and financial performance.
• Provide Revenue Management with market analysis and forecasts to optimize occupancy and rates.
• Ensure sales, front office, and reservations teams are trained in yield management and rate structures.
• Utilize revenue management systems (MARSHA, OnQ, Opera, IHOTELIER) to maximize revenue.
• Assist in annual budget preparation and forecasting changes in operating expenses and labor costs.
• Adjust controllable expenses based on revenue forecasts to maintain profit margins.
• Administer cash handling, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and other financial transactions.
• Train staff on guest service procedures and address difficult guest issues.
• Manage guest satisfaction surveys and programs, ensuring timely resolutions.
• Recruit, select, and train staff to meet guest service and revenue goals.
• Maintain the physical condition of the hotel, oversee preventive maintenance and CAPEX projects.
• Collaborate with ownership and corporate teams to ensure policy compliance.
