Job summary

i3logix, Inc. in Denver, CO is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to answer calls and email inquiries, support customer integrations, account setup, and coordination with Occupational Health Clinic vendors and labs in drug screening services.

This in-person position at our Denver 80238 office requires strong communication, attention to detail, and knowledge of DOT regulations. We offer health and dental insurance, 401(k) after 1 year, PTO, paid holidays, and other employee perks.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Knowledge of Department of Transportation drug screening regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and respond to all customer email requests and handle incoming and outgoing calls promptly with a high level of customer service and professionalism.
• Assist with department projects and process improvement.
• Account setup, account changes, and coordination of collection site matches.
• Perform customer training on procedures and operating tools.
• Complete daily tasks as assigned.
• Meet established benchmarks as assigned by management.
• Facilitate the drug testing process for the donor and client.
• Other tasks as assigned.
