Responsibilities

• Handle account setup, changes, and coordination of collection site matches.
• Provide customer training on procedures and operating tools.
• Complete daily tasks as assigned and meet benchmarks set by management.
• Facilitate the drug testing process for donors and clients.
• Other duties as assigned.
