Sandvik Mining Rock Tools in Denver, CO, seeks a Customer Service Support and Sales Representative to deliver high-level service to customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders. You will manage inbound sales inquiries, process orders, and resolve issues, strengthening relationships and order accuracy.

The role is in-office in downtown Denver, with a compensation range of $62,000–$65,000 and benefits including health, dental, disability, and a strong 401(k).

Qualifications

• 2-5 years experience in customer service or an Associates degree + 2 years.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems (Salesforce or other).
• Ability to type 40 WPM and multi-task under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Answer inbound calls from customers and process sales orders by phone.
• Assess inquiries and route to the appropriate individual or department.
• Own customer issues and ensure commitments are met on time.
• Expedite urgent orders to meet delivery needs.
• Escalate concerns to supervisors and assist in resolution.
• Inform customers of order status changes and delivery updates.
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
• Support continuous improvement and cross-functional projects.
• Ensure adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain data accuracy and system integrity.
