Job summary

Blue Ridge Executive Search seeks a Project Superintendent to lead for a top Colorado developer/builder in Denver. You will oversee safety, on-site field admin, supervision of crews and subcontractors, and efficient project execution to meet schedule and budget goals.

You will manage preconstruction input, schedules, quality, and risk; foster client relations; and drive continuous improvement while mentoring team members. Strong communication and OSHA knowledge required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of OSHA requirements and safety management.
• Proficient in general computer usage and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop initial project schedule with PM and relay updates to subcontractors.
• Create and enforce site logistics and temporary facilities plans.
• Lead safety program development and field safety oversight.
• Lead meetings with contractors, subcontractors, and staff.
• Implement quality assurance and workmanship standards across crews.
• Review cost reporting and optimize field methods to control costs.
• Monitor daily reports, payroll, quantities, and timesheets.
• Coordinate with all project docs, submittals, and as-builts.
