Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering and 6-8 years of experience managing large-scale projects with contract values over 50M+, plus proficiency in scheduling and project software.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering required.
6-8 years of experience running construction projects with contract values >$50M+.
Proficiency with scheduling, Excel, Word; cost control and PM software preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership throughout a project to ensure timely and quality results.
Lead project estimate review, startup, monthly interim, and close-out meetings.
Facilitate collaborative team processes among project participants including architects, owners, and subcontractors.
Review project plans for constructability and cost feasibility; assist with risk assessments and scope of work matrices.
Analyze and manage project progress, costs, budgets, and cash flows.
Travel to project work sites as needed.
