Blue Ridge Executive Search is seeking a Construction Assistant Project Manager for a Local General Contractor in Denver, Colorado. The ideal candidate will lead project coordination from concept through completion, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering and 6-8 years of experience managing large-scale projects with contract values over 50M+, plus proficiency in scheduling and project software.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering required.
• 6-8 years of experience running construction projects with contract values >$50M+.
• Proficiency with scheduling, Excel, Word; cost control and PM software preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide leadership throughout a project to ensure timely and quality results.
• Lead project estimate review, startup, monthly interim, and close-out meetings.
• Facilitate collaborative team processes among project participants including architects, owners, and subcontractors.
• Review project plans for constructability and cost feasibility; assist with risk assessments and scope of work matrices.
• Analyze and manage project progress, costs, budgets, and cash flows.
• Travel to project work sites as needed.
