Qualifications

• 3-5 years of litigation experience, preferably commercial.
• Experience in state and federal courts; administrative and arbitration experience is a plus.
• Second-chair trial or arbitration experience preferred; judicial clerkship at the federal level is a plus.
• Excellent academic record, superb writing, strong interpersonal skills, strong judgment, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Colorado bar license or commitment to obtain it immediately.

Immediate opening for an associate with 3-5 years of experience in commercial litigation.
