• Second-chair trial or arbitration experience preferred; judicial clerkship at the federal level is a plus.
• Excellent academic record, superb writing, strong interpersonal skills, strong judgment, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Colorado bar license or commitment to obtain it immediately.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in all phases of complex commercial litigation, including investigations, discovery, pleadings, depositions, motion practice, mediation, and client communication.
• Handle state and federal court matters and administrative, arbitration, and second-chair trial work.
• Prepare and argue motions; participate in mediation and arbitration proceedings.
