The ideal candidate has 10–13+ years of civil litigation experience, Colorado bar membership, and strong analytical and communication skills to support diverse client matters and case strategies.

Qualifications

• JD required from an accredited law school.
• Active Colorado bar membership required.
• 10–13+ years of civil litigation experience (construction or business).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience handling a diverse caseload and managing client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support client cases.
• Draft and review contracts, briefs, and pleadings.
• Provide strategic legal counsel to clients on various matters.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and mediations.
• Collaborate with legal teams to develop case strategies and ensure compliance with standards.
• Stay current on changes in laws and regulations relevant to client cases.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials.
• Manage case files and documentation accurately.
• Assist with other legal tasks as needed.
