Qualifications

• 4–7 years of sophisticated private practice civil litigation experience preferred.
• Private practice civil litigation experience required.
• Experience in independently managing litigation matters.
• Strong legal writing and advocacy skills; courtroom responsibility.
• Judicial clerkship experience valued.
• Colorado Bar admission or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Manage sophisticated civil litigation matters.
• Develop and execute litigation strategy.
• Conduct legal research and prepare written advocacy.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery materials.
• Draft dispositive motions and appellate briefs.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Coordinate expert witnesses.
• Participate in trial preparation and mediations.
• Attend court appearances.
• Communicate directly with clients.
• Supervise junior attorneys when appropriate.
