Qualifications

• 2+ years of employment litigation or related litigation experience.
• Experience with wage and hour disputes and administrative agency proceedings.
• Strong academic credentials and legal writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Defend employers in employment-related litigation before state and federal courts and administrative agencies.
• Counsel management and HR on workplace law compliance and risk avoidance.
• Advise clients on employee relations issues, including investigations, leave, discipline, and policies.
• Manage all stages of employment litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, and settlements.
• Support wage and hour collective and class actions under state and federal laws.
• Collaborate with clients to develop practical, business-oriented solutions to workplace challenges.
