Job summary

Adams & Martin Group in Denver seeks a Litigation Associate Attorney with 3+ years of experience in business and real estate matters to join its expanding litigation practice. You will work with seasoned litigators on complex state and federal matters, manage cases from strategy through trial preparation, draft pleadings, conduct research, and engage in depositions and hearings.

The position offers a competitive base salary of $185,000 to $205,000, discretionary bonus eligibility, primarily

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business, commercial, or real estate litigation.
• Licensed to practice in Colorado, or eligible for admission.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support a broad range of complex litigation matters in state and federal courts, as well as arbitration proceedings
• Handle all phases of commercial and business litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation-related documents
• Prepare and defend depositions and assist with witness preparation
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies to support client objectives
• Participate in court appearances, hearings, mediations, and arbitrations
• Collaborate with partners, associates, and clients on litigation matters across a variety of industries
