The attorney will conduct legal research, draft documents, advise clients, and represent them in court; it demands independent work within a collaborative team and a commitment to client service.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in Colorado.
• 10–13+ years of civil litigation experience (construction or business).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience handling a diverse caseload and managing client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support client cases.
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, briefs and pleadings.
• Provide strategic legal counsel to clients on various matters.
• Represent clients in court, negotiations and mediations.
• Collaborate with legal teams to develop case strategies and ensure compliance with standards.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in laws and regulations.
• Ensure timely communication with clients, opposing counsel and courts.
• Manage case files and documentation efficiently and accurately.
• Assist with other legal tasks as needed by the firm.
