Job summary

Mathews Mechanical is seeking a hands-on operational leader to run and grow our Denver branch. This role is not desk-bound; you will lead people, drive performance, and own branch operations, financial results, and customer relationships in a fast-paced industrial setting.

You will manage field and office teams, coordinate resources, and ensure safety and quality across projects while building a culture of accountability and rapid problem-solving.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in industrial maintenance, fabrication, construction, or related industries.
• Strong operational and financial management experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
• Experience managing labor, schedules, job costs, and customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations across field and office teams.
• Coordinate manpower, scheduling, equipment, and resources for project execution.
• Partner with project managers and field leadership to keep projects on track.
• Drive safety compliance and execution quality across all work.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement systems to improve efficiency.
