Qualifications

• Proven leadership and management experience in construction/industrial services.
• Strong operations, project management, and job costing knowledge.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to make sound decisions and lead under pressure.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's preferred in related field.
• 7–10 years in construction/roofing/industrial operations; 3–5 years supervisory.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day branch operations, including production, scheduling, staffing, and client services.
• Manage costs and budget; oversee project profitability.
• Lead department heads in production, estimating, admin, sales, and warehouse.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with procedures.
• Oversee projects, budgets, and KPIs; ensure scope and quality.
• Foster client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Represent company at events and with vendors/subcontractors.
• Hire, train, and develop staff; conduct evaluations and coaching.
• Promote a positive work culture and discipline when needed.
• Report metrics to executive leadership; ensure cross-team communication.
