Job summary

Bridge33 Capital is seeking a Property Manager for its Western region, based in Denver at the Belmar shopping center. This full‑time, in‑person role requires hands‑on daily management of multiple shopping centers, maintenance oversight, and construction coordination.

You will maintain properties, cultivate tenant relationships, manage budgets, review invoices, and supervise contractors. The position emphasizes communication, reliability, and leadership in a fast‑paced private equity environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years' experience managing commercial retail properties.
• Knowledge of building maintenance and construction activities.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop and manage budgets.
• Willingness and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain properties in best-in-class form for tenants, customers, and investors.
• Resolve maintenance items promptly with clear tenant communication.
• Build and cultivate long-term tenant relationships.
• Establish relationships with reliable local service providers and oversee contractors.
• Review, code, approve and submit invoices for property expenses on time.
• Oversee move-in and move-out processes and ensure all contractual items are completed.
• Assist leasing team toward achieving 100% occupancy.
