Job summary

Bridge33 Capital, a growing real estate private equity firm, seeks a Regional Vice President, Property Management to lead a regional team and manage a multi-market portfolio. The role is in-person 4 days/week with 1 day remote, based in Chicago or Philadelphia, reporting to the Senior Vice President, Property Management.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in multi-site retail property management, a bachelor’s degree, and CPM/CAPS/CAM designations.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years’ experience operating a multi-site portfolio in multiple markets.
• Bachelor’s degree plus professional designation (CPM, CAPS or CAM) required.
• Proven track record with an institutional grade owner/operator.
• Superior knowledge of budgeting, financial operations, and P&L analysis.
• Experience leading a multi-market team and driving growth.
• Willingness to travel and manage across markets.
• Familiarity with AI tools to boost productivity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction toward achieving strategy, goals, and objectives.
• Partner with internal units to execute robust asset plans and budgets.
• Improve operations, curb appeal, revenues, and expense control.
• Lead budgets, forecasts, staffing, and capital plans for the region.
• Serve as primary contact for Property Managers and collaborate with VP.
• Stay informed on market conditions in each property region.
• Coordinate with Acquisitions on opportunities and strategies.
• Approve revenue-enhancing capital improvements and cost reductions.
• Ensure staffing, training, and performance management across properties.
• Oversee maintenance, security, janitorial, landscaping; enforce policies.
• Ensure smooth information flow across the organization.
