The Law Offices of Kanner & Pintaluga is seeking a skilled attorney with substantial first-party homeowner property claims experience to join our Colorado team in Denver. You will handle a diverse caseload against insurers, including hail, wind, fire and other perils, and advocate for homeowners’ rights across the state.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of litigation experience, be admitted to the Colorado Bar in good standing, and be capable of managing from inception to resolution with

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of litigation experience; First-Party Property Damage experience a plus
• Member of the Colorado Bar and in good standing
• Manage a caseload of first-party homeowner property insurance claims from inception to resolution
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis
• Prepare and draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
• Take and defend depositions of insureds, adjusters, experts, and corporate representatives
• Negotiate settlements and participate in mediation/arbitration
• Represent clients in court, including trials and hearings
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
