Confidential Employer in the United States seeks a 1st Party Property Damage Litigation Attorney to join a growing plaintiff-side practice. You will manage first-party property damage litigation from intake through resolution, handling homeowners' insurance disputes and bad faith claims in Colorado (Denver) or Texas (Houston).
Candidates must have a Juris Doctor and at least two years of litigation experience, strong writing and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage a caseload
Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
