Job summary

Centurion Health, in partnership with EXOS, seeks a part-time Dentist to join the LaPorte Juvenile Correctional Facility team in LaPorte, Indiana. The role delivers comprehensive dental care to incarcerated patients, including exams, extractions, restorations, prosthetics, prophylaxis, fluoride, and endodontic treatment.

Qualified candidates hold a DDS or DMD, an active Indiana license, and a DEA registration, with background screening and credentialing sponsorship as required.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree required.
• Active, unrestricted Indiana license.
• Active, unrestricted DEA license.
• Background screening and credentialing required.
• Part-time role: 8 hours per week at LaPorte Juvenile Correctional Facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive routine dental care to incarcerated patients.
• Perform recall exams, simple extractions, restorations, prosthetic services, prophylaxis, fluoride treatments, and endodontic treatments.
