Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a part-time Dentist (8 hours per week) to join our team at LaPorte Juvenile Correctional Facility located in LaPorte, Indiana.

The Dentist provides comprehensive professional dental treatment to address the oral health needs of incarcerated patients including routine recall exams, simple extractions, restorations, prosthetic services, prophylaxis, fluoride treatments, and endodontic treatments.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree required.
• Active, unrestricted Indiana license.
• Active, unrestricted DEA registration.
• Background screening and credentialing required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental treatment to incarcerated patients.
• Perform routine exams, simple extractions, restorations, and endodontic treatments.
• Provide prophylaxis, fluoride treatments, and prosthetic services as needed.
