42 North Dental in Torrington, CT is seeking a General Dentist to manage the full patient experience from initial exam through treatment delivery. In-office specialties include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery and orthodontics; 2–5 days per week, 8 AM–5 PM, with compensation up to 36%.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain highest quality standard of care and ethics.
• Keep abreast of new developments and continuing education.

Formation
