42 North Dental is seeking a General Dentist to join our team in Torrington, CT. The role involves managing the patient experience from initial exam through treatment, with in-office specialties including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

We offer part-time or full-time schedules (8AM-5PM, 2-5 days/week) with compensation up to 36%. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401K, CE opportunities, and more.

Formación

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high ethical standards and professionalism.
• Keep abreast of new developments and continuing education.

Educación

DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA accredited program

Current state license to practice dentistry

Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination

Proof of malpractice insurance

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification
