Job summary
42 North Dental in Torrington, CT is hiring a General Dentist to join our patient-centered practice. The role covers the full patient experience from exam to treatment, with in-house specialties including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.
You'll work 2-5 days per week, 8AM-5PM, with compensation up to 36% of collections and a pathway to unlimited earning potential. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for continuing education through the Harvard Rounds
Qualifications
- DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
- Current state license to practice dentistry.
- Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
- Proof of malpractice insurance.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Promote oral health and disease prevention.
- Diagnose oral diseases.
- Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient’s oral health.
- Review treatment plan options with patients and update medical/dental records.
- Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests; monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
- Provide restorative and preventive dental care; perform surgical procedures as needed.
