42 North Dental in Torrington, CT is seeking a General Dentist to deliver comprehensive patient care from initial exams to treatment delivery. In-office specialties include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

You will join a team focused on exceptional patient experience, with continuing education opportunities and a track record of clinical leadership, in a practice that values growth and collaboration.

Formación

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high standards of ethics and professionalism.
• Keep abreast of new developments and continuing education.

Educación

DMD or DDS degree (ADA CODA accredited)

Current state license to practice dentistry

Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination

Proof of malpractice insurance
