42 North Dental in Torrington, CT is seeking a General Dentist to join our team. The Dentist will oversee the full clinical patient experience from initial exam and treatment planning to delivery of care, with in-office specialty services including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

We offer either part-time or full-time schedules (2–5 days per week, 8AM–5PM) and compensation up to 36% of collections, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for continuing education

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review and maintain patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Perform restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high standards of ethics and professionalism.
• Keep up with new developments and continuing education.
