Job summary

Solvenow, Inc. seeks a qualified Dentist to provide comprehensive dental services to residents and community-based clients at a Texas healthcare facility.

The role involves under supervision by the Medical Director and delivering safe, timely dental care to individuals with IDD. Responsibilities include exams, restorations, extractions, crown prep, denture services, and coordination with anesthesia as needed, along with treatment planning and meticulous record-keeping in electronic health

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, unrestricted license to practice Dentistry in Texas.
• Must maintain a current, unrestricted DEA registration.
• Must possess a National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Must successfully complete required background screening, fingerprinting, and drug testing.
• Must complete all required facility and state mandated training.
• Must comply with immunization requirements.
• Must comply with staffing agency attendance and leave policies.
• Must comply with all applicable state regulations, facility policies, procedures, and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental services to residents and community-based clients.
• Perform comprehensive, limited, and emergency dental examinations.
• Provide restorative dental procedures, simple extractions, crown preparations, denture services, and other treatments.
• Work with an anesthesia provider when required for complete oral rehabilitation.
• Develop written treatment plans with clinical justification for irreversible treatments.
• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic dental health records.
• Demonstrate proficiency with electronic health record systems.
• Utilize digital dentistry technologies and workflows where applicable.
• Collaborate effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining clinical standards.
• Follow facility policies and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
