Requirements

• Must be licensed as a Dentist by the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners with no restrictions
• Must have a current unrestricted registration certificate from the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
• Must possess a National Provider Identifier (NPI)
• Must be proficient in computers and electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Must complete all pre-employment training mandated by the agency and facility
• Must submit to required drug screening and fingerprinting/background checks
