Qualifications
- DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
- Current state license to practice dentistry.
- Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
- Proof of malpractice insurance.
- Current BLS or CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Promote oral health and disease prevention.
- Diagnose oral diseases and provide care plans.
- Educate patients on oral health options.
- Create and discuss treatment plans with patients.
- Maintain and update patient medical/dental records.
- Review x-rays and diagnostic tests for accuracy.
- Monitor growth and development of teeth/jaws.
- Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
- Perform surgical procedures on teeth and supporting structures.
- Maintain high standards of care and ethics.
