42North Dental, founded to advance patient care in the Boston area, seeks a licensed dentist to join a practice with strong patient flow and in-house specialties including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics. You will lead the full patient experience from exam to treatment, supported by ongoing education and mentorship.

The role emphasizes high standards of care, ethics, and professional development within a collaborative network of doctors in a premier healthcare hub.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state dental license to practice dentistry.
• Proof of Hepatitis B vaccination and malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high quality and ethical standards in care and professionalism.
• Keep abreast of new developments via continuing education.

Education
