Job summary

42North Dental is seeking a licensed Dentist to join a Boston-rooted practice offering comprehensive dental care. You will lead the patient experience from exam to treatment, with in-office specialties spanning periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

The role emphasizes replacing or elevating patient care through advanced education, mentorship, and a strong team network. Competitive salary incentives are provided in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from a university-based dental education program accredited by the ADA CODA.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient’s oral health.
• Review treatment options with patients and updated medical/dental records.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
• Maintain highest quality standard of care and ethics.
