Job summary

GD-OP FL PLLC in Orange Park, Florida, is seeking a General Dentist for full- or part-time work. The practice offers a strong patient flow, modern tech, and a clear Doctor Development Plan with a pathway to partnership.

Compensation starts at $200,000 yearly with unlimited earning potential based on collections. We operate PPO/FFS with no Medicaid and provide mentorship, benefits, and a supportive leadership team.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program.
• Active State Dental License & DEA License for practice.
• Experience with Invisalign or cosmetic dentistry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dentistry to patients with a focus on quality care.
• Perform restorative procedures, extractions, crowns, and endodontics.
• Utilize iTero scanning and 3D imaging for treatment planning.

Position Highlights

Full-time or part-time General Dentist position

Expected salary $200,000 yearly plus unlimited earning potential based on collections

What We’re Looking For

Competency in comprehensive dentistry including:

• Restorative procedures
• Extractions (simple and surgical)
• Crown & Bridge
• Endodontics (Root Canals)
• iTero scanning
• Implant placement experience is a plus, but not required
• Invisalign
