The Dental Health Center of Northern Virginia, a modern, family-oriented practice in Falls Church, seeks a dentist to join full-time or part-time. The role offers a $150,000+ base with earnings growth based on patient collections and a path to partnership with no upfront cost.

Position Highlights

• Minimum expected salary: $150,000/year with unlimited earning potential based on collections

Compensation & Benefits

• $150,000 minimum expected salary – move to higher earnings through collections
• Health benefits available for team members working 20+ hours/week

What We’re Looking For

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
• Active State Dental License & DEA License
• Competency in comprehensive dentistry including:
• Restorative procedures
• Extractions (simple and surgical)
• Crown & Bridge
• Endodontics (Root Canals)
• iTero scanning
• Implant placement experience is a plus, but not required
• Excellent communication skills & a collaborative spirit
• Committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience
