Job summary

Guardian Dentistry Partners in Arlington, VA, is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join a busy, family-focused practice with modern technology and a strong patient flow. The role offers mentorship, a clear Doctor Development Plan, and a path to partnership with no upfront cost.

You will work with a supportive leadership team and have access to iTero scanning and advanced imaging tools. The practice emphasizes clinical autonomy within a collaborative culture, with an emphasis on delivering

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program.
• Active State Dental License & DEA License.
• Competency in comprehensive dentistry including restorative procedures, extractions (simple and surgical), crown & bridge, and endodontics (root canals).
• iTero scanning familiarity is preferred.
• Implant placement experience is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent communication and a collaborative spirit.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care to patients and develop treatment plans.

Position Highlights

• Expected earnings $200,000+/year with unlimited earning potential based on collections

What We’re Looking For
