Qualifications

• 1–2 years front office experience in a medical environment.
• Computer literate; QSI/Denticon experience a plus.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Previous experience presenting treatment plans and discussing costs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance.
• Communicate financial planning and available options based on proposed treatment.
• Lead patients from first appointment to last to achieve treatment acceptance.
