Job summary

North American Dental Group is seeking a Treatment Plan Coordinator in New York, NY. This role greets patients, schedules visits, collects co-payments, and presents treatment plans to support production goals. Open Dental experience is required.

Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office, strong customer service, multitasking, and the ability to discuss large treatment plans over $10,000 are essential. We offer a sign-on bonus of $2,000 and a weekday schedule, 7:30am–5pm, with 2 Saturdays per

Qualifications

• 3+ years dental experience.
• Open Dental experience is required.
• Excel in multi-tasking and time management.
• Outgoing, friendly, and professional with excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Experience in dental or medical field with scheduling and verifying insurance required.
• Experience presenting large Treatment Plans over $10,000.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and scheduling patients and collecting co-payments.
• Presenting treatment plans and educating patients.
• Ensuring schedules meet production goals and developing production reports.
• Advocating for patients and guiding them through treatment plans.
