Job summary

Miami Center for Cosmetic & Implant Dentistry in Miami, FL is seeking a Dental Treatment Plan Coordinator to guide patients through their treatment journeys, explain options, and coordinate scheduling and financing with the clinical team.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, patient-focused, and proficient with dental software, insurance processing, and MS Office; experience in a dental front office is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Minimum of 2 years of front office experience, preferably in a dental setting and dental software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience working with various dental insurance plans, coupled with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Educate, consult, and present patient treatment plans in clear and supportive manner.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Verify and process insurance for clinical appointments.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and information using dental software.
• Collect and process payments for services rendered.
• Manage doctors and hygiene schedules as needed.
• Support marketing and promotional efforts to drive patient engagement and growth.
