Qualifications

• Experience in a medical/dental office preferred.
• Strong scheduling and patient coordination experience.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own the Center’s clinical schedule, coordinating prosthodontists, surgeons, clinical staff and lab techs.
• Ensure patients receive a world‑class experience from greeting to treatment.
• Maintain efficient scheduling and clear communication with clinical and admin teams.
• Manage patient intake, forms, record scanning, and check‑in/out procedures.
• Set clear expectations for patients regarding wait times and next steps.
• Assist General Manager with deposits, reconciliations and reporting.
• Keep reception area clean, professional and welcoming.
• Demonstrate problem‑solving and multitasking to support daily operations.
• Perform additional duties to support the Center’s success.
