Elite Dental Partners is seeking a Treatment Plan Coordinator to educate patients on their treatment plans and the importance of oral health. You will present plan options, secure financial consent including payment plans, and ensure plans are accurately recorded in the system.

The role also involves managing a productive schedule, coordinating with labs, and performing administrative tasks in a timely, precise manner to support optimal patient care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degree or additional education in business or healthcare preferred.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in dental, healthcare, or service environment.
• Knowledge of dental insurance and explanation of benefits preferred.
• Superior communication and customer service skills with a desire to help patients.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients on their treatment plan and the importance of their oral health.
• Present treatment plan options and gain financial consent including payment plans.
• Ensure treatment plans are accurate in the system.
• Manage a productive schedule and schedule future appointments.
• Coordinate with labs to ensure case completion prior to patient appointments.
• Complete all administrative tasks accurately and timely.
