ProSmile is seeking a Treatment Plan Coordinator who is customer focused and compassionate, dedicated to facilitating patients’ dental health solutions. You will work with a supportive team, receive training for growth, and help fulfill our mission of providing quality affordable dental care.

The role emphasizes presenting treatment plans, coordinating financial options, and ensuring smooth patient flow throughout visits, with a focus on patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Dental experience required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Computer literate and ability to work a multi-line phone system.
• High School diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Internalize the role of patient concierge, build trust through care and service.
• Make welcome calls to new patients and set expectations for first visit.
• Assist with new patient paperwork and welcome packets for smooth flow.
• Present and explain treatment plans including out-of-pocket costs to patients.
• Coordinate payment options, including Care Credit, and explain financial options.
• Check patients in/out, schedule and confirm appointments, and handle paperwork.
• Maintain control of payments and insurance statements and reinforce office policies.
• Prepare financial treatment plans and arrange patient payments.
• Identify and collect previous balances and current copays.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
