ProSmile Holdings, LLC is seeking a Treatment Plan Coordinator who is patient focused, compassionate, and dedicated to facilitating solutions to our patients' dental health needs. You will work in a growing practice with a supportive team and training for career growth.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, guiding them through visits, presenting treatment plans with out-of-pocket costs, coordinating payment options (Care Credit), scheduling, handling intake and paperwork, and ensuring

Qualifications

• Dental experience required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Computer literacy and ability to work a multi-line phone system.
• High School diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and guide patients; manage first visits and paperwork.
• Explain treatment plans including out-of-pocket costs.
• Coordinate payment options and financing (Care Credit).
• Schedule appointments; handle patient check-in/out and paperwork.
• Maintain patient payments and insurance statements.
• Assist with patient balances and copays.
• Support front desk and administrative tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
