Ingber Dental in Washington, DC is hiring a Dental Treatment Plan Coordinator to ensure a seamless patient experience and informed treatment choices. You will present treatment plans and financial estimates, coordinate appointments, and support the clinic with paperwork in a fully digital office.

The role requires dental insurance knowledge, top-notch communication, project coordination, HIPAA compliance, and proficiency with Dentrix or similar software.

Qualifications

• Dental insurance knowledge required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Project coordination experience.
• Familiarity with OSHA and HIPAA guidelines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and dental practice management software (Dentrix preferred).
• Willingness to advance skills through continuing education.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present treatment plans and financial estimates to patients.
• Schedule and reschedule patient treatment appointments.
• Manage Doctor and hygiene schedules to optimize appointment time.
• Coordinate daily patient flow with the clinical team.
• Assist patients with financial arrangements and pre-authorization.
• Handle treatment paperwork and consent forms.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Answer calls and support patient checkout.
• Other duties as assigned.
