Qualifications

• 3 years of dental experience preferred.
• Dental office experience required, especially presenting treatment & financial plans.
• Dentrix experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of dental insurance required.
• Ability to present treatment and financial plans.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present treatment plans and financial estimates to patients.
• Schedule and manage patient treatment appointments.
• Coordinate Doctor and hygiene schedules for efficient appointment time.
• Assist with financial arrangements.
• Complete pre-authorization.
• Handle all treatment paperwork including consent/policy/exit forms.
• Promote teamwork and good communication with the Doctor.
• Check patients out and answer calls from patients.
• Maintain HIPAA and confidentiality.
• Other duties as assigned.
