Affordable Dentures & Implants in Vero Beach, FL seeks a Dental Treatment Coordinator to guide patients through treatment plans, coordinate care, and deliver an exceptional patient experience. Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of sales/healthcare or patient coordination experience preferred.
• Prior dental/medical office experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of dental insurance processes, benefits, and financing is beneficial.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for patients throughout their treatment journey.
• Review doctor-prescribed treatment plans with patients and ensure understanding.
• Educate patients on treatment options, insurance benefits, financing, and payment options.
• Build strong patient relationships and resolve barriers to treatment.
• Schedule and manage patient appointments and daily office workflow.
• Assist with billing questions and coordinate with relevant departments as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans in the PM system.
• Monitor schedules to support office efficiency and patient satisfaction.
• Support practice goals related to revenue and profitability.
