Job summary

Affordable Dentures & Implants is seeking a Dental Treatment Coordinator to guide patients through prescribed treatment plans and coordinate care with doctors and staff. The role focuses on educating patients about options, financing, and insurance while ensuring an exceptional patient experience.

You will build relationships, follow up to encourage treatment completion, and help maintain smooth patient flow in a fast-paced dental office environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of sales, healthcare, dental, or patient coordination experience preferred.
• Experience in a dental/medical office or customer-focused healthcare environment preferred.
• Experience with dental treatment planning, patient consultations, or case acceptance is a plus.
• Knowledge of dental insurance processes, including benefit verification and patient financial discussions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for patients during their treatment journey.
• Review doctor-prescribed treatment plans with patients and answer questions.
• Educate patients on treatment options, insurance benefits, financing and payment options.
• Build strong patient relationships and address barriers to treatment completion.
• Coordinate scheduling and maintain efficient patient flow in the office.
• Verify insurance coverage and educate patients on benefits and financial responsibilities.
• Collect, post, and process patient payments and deposits.
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans in the practice management system.
