Qualifications

• Previous front office dental experience required.
• Comfort with computers and the ability to pick up new software.
• Familiarity with dental treatment plans and insurance requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sit down with patients to understand their oral health history, concerns, and goals.
• Walk patients through their treatment plan and address questions.
• Lead financial consultations and manage payment options and policies.
• Educate patients on dental benefits and insurance requirements.
• Handle insurance billing, posting, and claim estimations.
• Greet and check patients in/out and answer new patient inquiries.
