Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enter treatment plans into our practice management system in real-time during the surgeon's clinical exam.
• Walk patients through treatment options, costs, and financing (CareCredit, Cherry, Proceed Finance).
• Manage implant case trackers and coordinate follow-up appointments.
• Confirm surgical appointments and ensure patients are prepared for procedures.
• Collect payments and maintain patient insurance information.
• Be the consistent, reliable face patients can count on throughout their journey.
